Fearghal is a Chartered Professional Engineer, currently practising as a consulting structural engineer specialising in high end residential and commercial projects where the same empathy to the architectural form is desired. He has 12 years post graduate experience, having qualified from the Technological University Dublin, Ireland.
Fearghal’s competency lies in the structural design, analysis, review and construction monitoring of low to mid-rise structures, with an emphasise in high-end residential, low rise commercial, multi-unit sub-division and low-rise mixed-use developments. Fearghal has developed advanced analytical abilities, completing modal response analysis including simplified lateral mechanism analysis of existing building stock by means of FEA model development. Fearghal has a wealth of business management exposure and refined soft skills. He has been an acting practices manager for eight years. He has direct exposure to management of personnel and has aided in the development of the company direction and vision. |
